Stocktrek Rejoins StockIndexOnline with Meteors!

Stocktrek Images provides creative professionals with inspiring specialist imagery that is exceptional in quality, accuracy and depth of information. They are a leading source for astronomical images of the universe, modern day military operations from Armed Forces around the world, naturalistic dinosaur illustrations, healthcare and medical concepts, and stunning underwater photography. Stocktrek is featuring meteors on its website.

Stargazers will be able to enjoy two annual meteor showers this November.

The Taurid meteor shower will peak on November 10th and 11th in the northern hemisphere. The best viewing time will be the hours after midnight, and many of the Taurid meteors are often fireballs so if you only see one, it may light up the sky!

The annual Leonids meteor shower will occur on November 17th and 18th. Viewers in the northern and southern hemisphere will both be able to see the show. Visibility should be clear this year with the new moon taking place on the 17th.

The best part is that viewers will not need an expensive telescope or binoculars to see them, just a bit of patience while they embrace the cold air. So fill a thermos full of hot cocoa and grab some snacks while you look up to the sky for shooting stars this month. Oh, and don’t forget to bring your camera!
